Terms of Service

Welcome to Spa Professor. By accessing our website or engaging our pool and spa maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Spa Professor provides professional pool and spa maintenance, including chemical balancing, cleaning, and equipment inspections. By scheduling a service, you authorize our technicians to access your property at the agreed-upon times to perform the requested work.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the highest quality of service, we ask that our clients:

  • Provide Access: Ensure gates are unlocked or access codes are provided on service days.

  • Safety: Keep pets indoors or secured away from the service area during our visit.

  • Water Levels: Maintain the water at the proper level required for equipment operation (unless otherwise specified in your service plan).

3. Payments and Billing

  • Invoicing: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice or according to the specific schedule outlined in your service plan.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause service if accounts are significantly past due.

  • Rate Changes: Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any permanent changes to recurring service rates.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If our technician arrives and is unable to access the pool area, a service call fee may still apply.

5. Liability Limits

While we pride ourselves on meticulous care, Spa Professor is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to pool surfaces or equipment.

  • Damage caused by "acts of God" (e.g., extreme weather, floods, or fallen trees).

  • Normal wear and tear of equipment over time.

6. Professional Standards

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. We strive for 100% satisfaction for every client in the Tulsa and Broken Arrow community.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
